"Intimacy and Sexuality over 50” is a transformative 4-week workshop series designed exclusively for women-identifying individuals aged 50 and above. Through carefully curated sessions, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery, celebrating the beauty of their changing bodies, cultivating effective communication skills, and embracing mindfulness and pleasure. The workshop series concludes with insights and strategies to gracefully navigate the challenges and opportunities that accompany the aging process.
